RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepare, consolidate and analyze financial data of the business units and on a per project (budgets, income statement forecasts, etc.) taking into account company’s goals and financial standing

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Monitors daily productivity of staffs to ensure that the target take-outs, service levels and other key objectives are achieved.

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Computer / Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology, Mathematics or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of working experience
  • Required Skill(s):
    • Computer/Internet Savvy
    • Ability to communicate to all levels of employees
    • Above average communication skills with focus on abiltiy to make use of correct terminologies (technical)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Review of places and specification of housing and land development works. Prior to its implementation
  • Conduct inspection on day to day tasks to see that quantity of works meet our plan and specification
  • Evaluate contractors' billings and ensure that sapphire requirement is met
  • Provide assistance to LGU, DENR & CCPA whenever they conduct site inspection
  • Conduct meeting with contractors and participate in planning session with the PDO

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Civil Engineering. Must be licensed.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize work plan and complete multiple tasks simultaneously and accurately
  • With good moral and positive attitude
  • Must be willing to work in Cainta, Rizal
