Customer Safety is Our Priority
In observance of the safety measures and health protocol required by our government to prevent the spread of the COVID19 virus, we have maintained a minimum amount of employees to man our Customer Service Desks in our offices in Mandaluyong, Alabang, Cebu, and Davao.
We encourage our customers to communicate with us online through email and live chat, or call us through our customer service telephone hotline. We also request that you schedule an appointment with us at least a day prior to your desired schedule if you find it necessary to visit us at the office.
