FILINVEST Land Inc. lauded its Southmin top sales performers in 2015 in a glamorous celebration at The Royal Mandaya Hotel.

Filinvest Southmin includes the premiere project, Kembali in Samal Island and mid-rise condominium projects, One Oasis Davao and 8 Spatial. 

The company also has residential subdivisions, namely, Le Jardin, Orange Grove, Villa Mercedita, Ocean Cove, and Filinvest Homes Tagum. 

The awarding of top sellers was honored by its Area General Manager Geraldine C. De Gorostiza together with its Area Sales Head, Alan J. Barquilla, and Project Development Officers Andres J. Calizo II, Carlo A. Chavez, and Hitoshi O. Onozawa. 

Recognized as top sales broker was Villasor Realty followed by Ablas Realty and Cua Realty. 

Filinvest In-house top 3 Sales Directors, Sales Managers, and Sales Consultants were given plaques and trophies for their exemplary performances. 

Filinvest also gave fabulous raffle prizes to In-house sellers and affiliated Brokers. 13 sellers will enjoy an all-expense paid Japan Tour in April. Sellers and brokers received high-end gadgets like 4 IPAD mini, 1 IPAD air, 1 Notebook, 1 Macbook, and 6 sets of premier hotel staycations good for 2. Home appliances were also raffled for sellers courtesy of East West Bank. Cash prizes were also given to cheer dancing competition champion, and king and queen of the night.
