AS PROGRESS for the development of the Filinvest Premiere’s Kembali, a residential-leisure development on Samal Island now in full swing, the company launched Saturday its showcase platform dubbed as Kembali Sales Lounge.

Equipped with technology for interactive gallery, one will be welcomed, enjoy and get a glimpse of the high-end leisure-development at the Ground Floor, McPod Bldg., McArthur Highway, Matina.

The sales lounge has a gallery that showcases the Balinese-inspired residential-leisure development highlighting its rustic grandeur brought by all its aqua sports experience and kissed-by-nature encounters, perfect for families’ and friends’ grand escapes from the hustle and bustle of the city to experience a real, exclusive island living.

Tristan Las Marias, First Vice President and Visayas-Mindanao Cluster Head, in his speech during the launch, said that they believe in the potential of Davao-Samal tourism industry, thus the Filinvest’s masterfully-crafted luxury residential spaces and leisure masterpieces.

“We are very much bullish in this (Kembali) project, we believe that Davao-Samal has a promising tourism industry, this project for the pursuit of giving everyone an experience with our own version of island living,” he said.

Hitoshi Onozawa, Project Development Officer and Consultant for Mindanao, for his part, said that he is positive that with the launch of the sales lounge, more local and foreign tourists will get interested with the Kembali’s offering.

Meanwhile, Kembali’s mid-rise condo development, the Veranda Resort Condominium spearheaded the expansion plans for the area with the groundbreaking of its first and amenity building.

“We hope to begin construction within the year, for the 10 three-storey building enclaves spanning a total of 1.6-hectares,” Onozawa said.

He added that each building has eight units per floor offering generously-spaced one bedroom and two bedroom units with majestic views of the mountain and the sea.

Setting apart from the usual condominium projects, the resort condominium offers a different feel to its owners through its island kind of living.

Kembali is a joint venture project of Filinvest Land, Inc. and Fernandez-Hermanos, Inc.
