Luzon Suppliers and Contractors Advisory

In line with the directives issued by the national government on Enhanced Community Quarantine over the entire Luzon, Filinvest Land Inc (FLI) is suspending work for all Luzon employees from 17 March 2020 to 13 April 2020 and keeping a minimum skeletal workforce to continue payment of contractors, suppliers and other essential customer services.

To make it more convenient for our contractors and suppliers, FLI will auto-credit payment to the designated EastWest Bank (EWB) account of our contractors and suppliers beginning Monday March 23, 2020.

FLI contractors and suppliers are encouraged to open an EWB account, enroll the said account in the bank’s eSettle facility, and register the bank account with FLI.

The bank account opening and enrollment in the eSettle facility can be done in any EWB branch. Once the account is opened and enrolled in the eSettle facility, contractors and suppliers should submit the fulfilled bank information sheet to FLI’s Supply Chain Management group to register the bank account and complete the process.

Contractors and suppliers may also use their existing EWB account provided that the account is still active. These accounts may be enrolled in the bank’s eSettle facility and registered with FLI.
